The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being old, were very nice and clean overall, but there were some issues with filth in the room. The heating/cooling system caused trouble, and the initial stuffy smell of cleaning supplies upon check-in was a turn-off, although it cleared after a while. The service was friendly and helpful, though not flawless. The location was nice, with various amenities, but not without its hiccups. The dining experience, while typical-to-good for a free breakfast, had some shortcomings. Overall, it was an average to slightly above average stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, close to the highway and with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly, but there were some issues with the room doors and key cards. The rooms were kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping staff.

My room was conveniently linked to another hotel room, which was perfect as my granddaughter wanted to be near the pool area. However, we unfortunately had to deal with a noisy barking dog nearby. The service was exceptional, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind. The location was convenient with various dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices.
